Turning Commitment into Measurable Action

Sustainability is not a side project. It’s a strategic choice that guides how we design processes, manage resources, and plan for the future.

Our 2025 Sustainability Report reflects a year of concrete actions, measurable improvements, and important milestones on our journey toward a more responsible industrial model.

Below, we share the key highlights that defined the past year — with a clear focus on reducing our environmental impact and building more efficient, traceable processes.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint

One of our primary goals in 2025 was to actively reduce our carbon footprint by acting on energy sources and operational efficiency.

What we achieved

  1. 30% of electricity sourced from green energy certificates, reducing emissions linked to energy consumption.
  2. Continuous optimization of production processes to limit unnecessary energy use.

In 2025, almost 1,454 MWh of electricity were consumed, of which over 50% produced from non-renewable sources, 90% of it supplied on the national market.

The remaining part of the energy were self-produced by the solar panels.

Reducing Water Consumption

Water is a critical resource in industrial processes, and managing it responsibly is a priority.

the Installation of a new, more efficient mold-washing system, allowed us to significantly reduce water consumption while improving cleaning performance.

A key milestone: Water consumption decreased by more than 50% compared to the previous year.

In 2025, nearly 350m³ of water were consumed, all of which was drawn from the municipal water supply.

We Achieved Important Milestones

Beyond environmental indicators, 2025 was a year of structural improvements and internal engagement.

  1. Internal audits focused on waste sorting, strengthening compliance and improving recycling efficiency across departments.
  1. Ongoing implementation of tablets in the sorting process, enhancing traceability, accuracy, and data collection while reducing paper usage.

A Continuous Journey

Sustainability is not defined by a single report or year. It is an ongoing process that requires investment, awareness, and continuous improvement.

The results achieved encourage us to move forward with even greater determination, setting new targets, refining processes, and strengthening our responsibility toward people, resources, and the environment.

We believe that real sustainability is built through actions, measured by results, and sustained over time.
